Controls Engineer
Direct interview with the hiring team responsible for the project the role would be involved in, discussing experience. They asked about my experience and my experience in dealing with certain situations.
Controls Engineer
The process was more behavioral questions versus technical. If you have good people skills and stick to the STAR method, it should be a breeze. It took about 2 weeks or more to hear back after my initial application.
