- Dealing with the union.
- If you start work at the beginning of the first shift, you have to get there at 6 am or earlier.
- Sometimes the noise of the factory can get monotonous.
At least at the plant level, I think for the most part management is doing what they need to do. You may need to better manage the rate at which you produce cars so that there aren't so many days in the field.
