Great benefits, vacation, bonus, and decent base pay.
Off shift, typical manufacturing grind.
Increase base pay for new production workers to create a better work environment.
It puts a strain on the whole team when you aren't paying near enough to keep people.
Many teams in my area are down on manpower every day because the entry-level gig isn't good enough.

Online application. Interview was 40 minutes max, all STAR questions with no technical ones. Application to interview took 2 weeks; interview to result took 6 weeks. Was given 2 days to process the offer.
