Pros

The healthcare is usable.

Despite a high deductible, it covers a lot and is relatively hassle-free.

Cons

Pay raises don't exceed 3.5% each year. You'll take what we give you and you'll like it attitude from management.

High turnover and toxic environment.

Advice to Management

Management only ever pays lip service. Also, every company says they have competitive pay. That just means you're matching market rates. It doesn't mean your pay is better.
