- Salary is very good.
- From the engineering side, the technology is also up to date.
- You get a lot of chance to work on what you wish.
- Safety training and attitude towards safety are commendable.
- Dull environment, everyone sits between dividers.
- No overtime work allowed unless it is approved by plant management or even higher now.
- Dealing with the union is definitely not the best of experiences.
- Living in St. Catharines is not fun unless you know people there.
- Sometimes bosses don't appreciate what you have done as much you think (or don't give you the feedback you think you deserve, as an intern anyway).
Don't make it go bankrupt.
