There is a severe lack of communication among project teams (PMs will schedule you to do tasks and then not even send out the schedule).
There is awful communication between teams, and involved parties are rarely informed of upcoming work, which causes a lot of last-minute requests.
This is not the type of job that is good for someone who has a family and other priorities.
