Overworked, but the hybrid work environment is nice. No overtime pay
- Leadership actively encourages career growth within the company.
- Currently, a hybrid work environment allows you to get personal things done (doctor's appointments, dropping kids off at school, etc.).
Most people I know, especially managers, are way overworked with no extra compensation. The hybrid environment is going away early next year.
- Overtime pay or compensation time off for hours worked over 40.
- Keep a hybrid work environment.
