Design Release Engineer
It was a phone screen interview with a manager. It took about 25 minutes. I applied online through KForce, and they sent my resume to GM. After about 3 weeks, KForce scheduled me for a phone interview. GM had to reschedule the interview for a reason.
Design Release Engineer
All behavioral questions. Need to memorize quite a few different stories from my past roles to answer them. Overall feeling is fairly casual. Two interviewers in total. Two rounds with different managers.
