Flexible schedule, dynamic environment.
Lack of integrity. Some of the most disrespectful coworkers I've ever had to work with. Outdated managing, everything with manual spreadsheets. Poor/unhealthy work environment with mold issues. No sanitizing wipes for an open-office workplace. Overflowing, broken toilets. Disorganized.
Stop trying to put more and more band-aids on all the broken processes and systems. Strip everything clean and start fresh. For preaching "lean" processes, this is the most convoluted, disorganized company I've ever worked with.
