Pros
  • Decent pay
  • Employee discount (Not that big of a deal, but struggling to come up with pros)
Cons
  • Promotions and desirable positions are given to friends and family; you have to know someone to move up.
  • Expects more work than is in your job description to "Meet Expectations" and get the full bonus amount. The new bonus program is a nightmare.
  • Cliché speeches about being in the office promote teamwork and company culture. There is no culture. Just excuses for making employees be in the office when 90% of your job can be done from home.
  • They do not listen to the anonymous employee survey.
  • Laying off employees company-wide to cut costs.
Advice to Management

Employee satisfaction in the most recent survey is ~40%. Listen to your employees or lose talent to competitors.
