Pros

Depending on your manager, you can have a flexible schedule, which is great for those with younger children.

Cons

The calibration process lets go of 5% of its employees every 6 months, causing general anxiety across the board due to layoffs. The senior leadership team is gaining much profit, while the lower-level employees are at risk of being let go any day.
