- You get responsibility for your own project.
- You can ask anyone around you for help, and they are almost guaranteed to take time out of their day to help you.
- Positive work culture, and everyone seems to be motivated to finish their projects.
Some managers were less focused on their interns' projects, which I can understand. It makes a world of a difference, even if they schedule a weekly one-on-one for a half hour.
Just make sure the managers and EGMs that take interns are dedicated to the program before taking on students. That's all!
