3 interviews: 1. Technical interview with hiring manager and a peer. 2. System design group manager interview. 3. HR interview. And then a proposal. They reached out to me through a referral.
The interview process is still ongoing, but I have to comment. So, if the department does not have enough resources to filter resumes or provide one-on-one interviews (online or in person), stop hiring. An online coding assessment is totally accepta
Very good and helpful. No tough questions. The recruiter even helped me prepare for the interview, and the managers who interviewed me were very helpful when I asked questions. Very excited to start working for GM.
