Good benefit, much growth opportunity. I would like to say something better, but there is nothing that comes to my mind.
Too much uncertainty. Need more movement. Don't want to say anymore. Will promote this again. There are better things to do.
Get better. Promote people based on their ability to get the job done, instead of how good an ass-kisser they are.

The hiring process was not technical. They asked about projects and work experience stated in my resume. The interview process was very conversational. The interviewers seemed very friendly and focused mainly on behavioral questions.
