The culture is rapidly becoming very welcoming and accepting, though surely some pockets still exist where that is not the case.
I had thought that job security was great, but with the number of layoffs I've seen, it has been concerning. Getting stuck in the wrong job or having a bad manager can make all the difference in your experience.

The hiring process was not technical. They asked about projects and work experience stated in my resume. The interview process was very conversational. The interviewers seemed very friendly and focused mainly on behavioral questions.
