Applied online. Waited for about two to three months, then received a request for phone interviewing. After a successful phone interview, was sent a request to interview online with four managers via video call. Heard back about three weeks later.

I talked and resumed with recruiters during the campus career fair. I was invited to an on-campus interview the same week. The final round of interviews took place in Detroit a couple of weeks later.
