I applied online under the section for new grads. I was first contacted by the university rep to set up the first phone interview. The phone interview was pretty straightforward about what you have done. I was then invited to the "proving grounds"

Online assessment. If cleared, followed by CBIT interview. Mostly situational-based questions for a reality check on your previous experience and skills. The interview may go up to 45 minutes to 1 hour, depending upon your answers.

Pretty straightforward: cultural questions with some technical questions. Overall, it gave me a good feeling about joining the company. I knew there were high expectations, but at the same time, I knew I would be surrounded by people that cared.
