Remote work due to COVID-19 confinement, with flexible hours and maintaining the same benefits. Even GM adapted to the new scheme by law of support for remote workers, with equipment and extra financial support for the payment of electricity and internet services.
I think the only disadvantage, due to the same work-from-home situation, is that it's sometimes harder or takes longer to find someone to ask for help at work. Before, in the in-person workplace, it was easier to make direct contact and resolve a work problem faster.
