Education and training through GMU are targeted and allow for good professional growth. A good team environment in Product Development enables a critical focus on getting it right the first time. Advancement in automotive technology is at a lightning pace that is exciting and cutting edge.

Work-life balance is considered a priority, yet there are times when this is impossible due to timing demands.
The North American automotive market is in general decline, and NA opportunities are limited.
