Work-life balance is improving. Amazing pay and benefits, great vacation time that is respected, and lots of holidays off.
There are lots of expectations for some roles/positions in certain departments, while other positions with the same pay in different departments work way less hours and have less to worry about. Although they say it is possible, it is really hard to move around to other positions.
