Exciting projects. An iconic company. GM is America. Children dream of working for GM. Awesome cars and trucks. I just love it. Most days, at least.
Some leaders have no engineering experience. They don't understand their jobs. Some plants act first and then ask for a deviation.
Remember that GM is part of American history.
