Working at GM: Few companies on this earth offer tools & technology that engineers love
Working today at General Motors requires that you perform and deliver. The company is becoming more results-oriented versus performance-oriented. If you feel you sort of like engineering but don't love to be an engineer, then this is the wrong job for you.
GM is on the right path, and it is not an easy path. There are things that GM can control, and there are things it cannot. My advice is to stay the course.

Overall, easy questions. They asked questions from my experience and resume. I applied online, and the recruiter called me the same day. First, I had an interview with the hiring manager, which was pretty cool. The technical interview also went well

Was only given a behavioral interview that consisted of 2 behavioral questions and 2 technical questions. It follows the STAR concept very thoroughly. If you don't answer one part of the STAR method, they will ask you about it in more detail.
