Stop laying off people. Hire only when needed. Allow every internal applicant to have an interview, or at least have a personal interview to tell them why they are not chosen. Make it easier and more transparent how to get into directorship. Allow men the same rights that women have. Stop loading the workplace with women who are qualified just to balance the gender divide.
