A lot of great people there, as well as great resources. Once you learn how to network within the company, there are many experts there that are more than willing to help. Also, if you're willing to live in Michigan or move, there are lots of options to move around to new/different jobs.
It's a very big company, and still learning how to become leaner and faster. They try to be more efficient, but having "standardized global processes"... this can also make things slower and/or stifle creativity and resourcefulness.
Need to unleash your strong performers more. Process focus is great, but you also need to let your experts do things their way a bit more.
