Pros

Still DEI friendly in this weird, racist Trump country.

Great products and hard-working, nice colleagues.

Cons

Until a year ago, I was a long-time and proud GM employee. A new HR leader came in and is making firing random and cruel, firing people via text. This has made the environment terrible. Everyone is on edge and wonders if they are next. They call it a "performance culture," but folks who were high-performing were exited by the hundreds, so that is simply a lie.

Advice to Management

Fire the head of HR.

Bring in someone who has a shred of decency.

SLT should take pay cuts if they think things are so bad that they endlessly are firing very good people.
