Top Management Is Dysfunctional
Good work environment. Good pay and bonuses.
Upper management doesn't know what they are doing. First, they hire like crazy, then they lay off right after they tell everyone they aren't thinking about layoffs. They open four IT Centers, then they decide to completely shut down one of them that they spent over $20 million to build and lay off all 900+ people there, regardless of their worth to the company. And yes, again, after saying they weren't thinking about making any changes. I don't believe they have any confidence in their strategic direction. They are incredibly dishonest.
Find a strategy and stick to it. It is better to say you can't comment on something than to lie about it.
