Good Start, Raise Wait
Decent entry-level position.
Friendly coworkers.
Work-life balance is easy to maintain.
Yearly raises and bonuses based on performance.
Long wait for a raise. I still haven’t completed my first year, so I still haven’t received a raise or bonus. But according to my manager, I am exceeding expectations. Hopefully, that pays off.
