Exciting transition to the EV future, a friendly and supportive team and management, good benefits, and people are recognized for exceeding expectations. The TRACK program has been especially great for experiencing various roles, meeting new people, and gaining leadership opportunities. Also, I get to drive future cars.
Average pay. Huge company, which means lots of meetings and old processes to break. Busy people makes it hard to get immediate help.
