I'd worked on some GM assignments and was amazed at how employees and contractors were dedicated to it. I would love to learn leadership from GM, as well as contribute to its further success.
Sometimes it's hard for me to meet deadlines, but managers are helpful and will always assist, either with advice or by finding an area specialist. Some overtime might be required, and the schedule is almost always tight.
The managers at GM are always concerned about company values and reputation. Sometimes it can be a little bit more stressful, but understandable.
Heard back about a month after applying. Scheduled interview for next week, and they rescheduled on me. Single-round interview with engineers from the department I am working at, with behavioral and resume technical questions.
My experience was excellent from start to finish. The entire process went very smoothly and was handled with great professionalism. Both the HR team and the managers were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and supportive throughout. Everything was well
The interview process consisted of three rounds: * An initial discussion with HR * A behavioral interview * A final coding round During the coding round, the interviewer was very insistent on using Python and initially unwilling to accept solutions
