Very good company ethics, good pay, good work-life balance, and definitely a very good company to stay with for a long time.
Not much of a challenging environment. Implementation of ideas is too slow for such a competitive market.
Work rotation (IJP) should be done more effectively, and the company has to concentrate on the future and react immediately.
