Global company, lots of resources (before current financial problems), excellent benefits, and salary.
Bureaucracy, labor-management disputes, lack of teamwork, and lacking leadership.
We need to have a better vision of the future and invest in innovation. Customer focus is horrible. It shouldn't require the US government or high oil prices to cause the company to improve fuel efficiency if the company really cares about customers.
