Pros

Work/Life Balance Compensation (Relative to Industry) Exciting Products Benefits Wide range of opportunities Vast expertise and knowledge (Many ways to learn and develop)

Cons

Performance-based culture. Forced distribution of 'low performers' annually. Dissolving culture. Constant redirection and reorganization. HR bureaucratic limitations can interfere with merit compensation.

Advice to Management

Pursue other methods for addressing low performance other than forced distributions.

Overall transparency, specifically on decisions at the total enterprise level.

Value your employees.

Better employee discounts on GM products. Current discounts are very poor relative to competition.
