I had a lot of opportunities to learn as an engineer. Also, paid housing and a good salary.
Very large company, which can at times feel too big.
Initially, there were 3 people: 1 HR and 2 Engineers. Then the HR person left. After that, I was asked behavioral questions by the 2 Engineers. They were fairly straightforward and commonly asked behavioral questions.
It was pretty easy. It started with a basic phone call asking about your work history and things like that. The interview didn’t really have hard technical questions, just ones about teamwork and your previous experience.
Online test. Then, an easy online interview. Then, an over-the-phone interview with no video on, since they use Skype. An offer came around 2 weeks later, then 2 weeks to respond. It is a great process that goes very quickly.
