Supervisors and managers were great, and I got a lot of awesome manufacturing experience. Great perks: above-average salary, plus they paid for housing and relocation in really nice buildings.
They weren't great at making sure interns actually had work to do at times. The gender ratio is still pretty bad, especially in manufacturing; it's about 8:1.
Went through 5 rounds of interviews just to be notified that they were cancelling the position. They said I would need to go through the full interview process again for another role.

Through social hangout, behavioral and resume review, I needed social connections to get an interview. The people were very nice. They asked very general behavioral questions and about past projects. There were two rounds of interview.
