Pros

The development program gives new graduates out of school a wide variety of experiences and the ability to see different areas of the company.

Company and management encourage learning opportunities. A competitive base salary and benefits package are offered as well.

Cons

Can feel like an outsider on certain engineering teams if you are not interested in cars. If you want to still work in the traditional ICE area, there are not a lot of opportunities. Specific to the development program, 6-month rotations can feel too short at times.
