Most of the plants are located in the middle of nowhere. You should sacrifice social life in order to work. The interview process is extremely difficult. I think there is no meritocracy in the interview process; they hire who they know or who is referred, not who applied online.
Try to value the temp agents more and provide them better opportunities to become a GM employee.
