Good company to work with, excellent benefits. A lot of things to learn in any area, nice environment.
Most of the plants are located in the middle of nowhere. You should sacrifice social life in order to work. The interview process is extremely difficult. I think there is no meritocracy in the interview process; they hire who they know or who is referred, not who applied online.
Try to value the temp agents more and provide them better opportunities to become a GM employee.

Interviewed on campus after visiting the booth at the career fair. I was contacted the night of the career fair with a request to interview the next day. The interview lasted thirty minutes.
