Through social hangout, behavioral and resume review, I needed social connections to get an interview. The people were very nice. They asked very general behavioral questions and about past projects. There were two rounds of interview.

There were two phases of interviews in California, followed by a final phase of interviews in Michigan. During the final phase, tours of potential facilities were given, and demonstrations of their products were given at the proving grounds.

Met with the recruiters and went over my resume. After talking to multiple recruiters, I was told I would get a call to set up an interview in the coming days. I was called a few days later to set up an interview. One direct interview with basic b
