There are some really smart people here, and if you align with them, there is a lot to learn.
Bureaucracy to the extreme.
Often purely for the sake of it, adding no value or safeguards.
Leadership changes constantly, making it hard to connect with what the "vision of the day" is. With that vagueness, many don't have a good goalpost to work towards and seem to languish, while a few work way too hard to push the product through the machine.
Invest in your technical leaders more, and Silicon Valley less.
