Good place to earn experience.
The experience is the only thing you will get. Salaries in Egypt are extremely bad compared to any other multinational company. They will promise a lot and deliver nothing!
When it comes to pay, they are the worst. When they make profit, they say we have a lot of debts and no profit sharing. When we had very large inflation rates, they say sorry, no salary increase because devaluation is causing losses!! Be fair and transparent and act with your behavior!
Consider Egypt as you consider the other business units. Hire leaders who are strong enough to make a change and generate revenue, then pay your employees what they deserve.
Went through 5 rounds of interviews just to be notified that they were cancelling the position. They said I would need to go through the full interview process again for another role.
Recorded interview with follow-ups. The recorded interview was fairly straightforward, with a section for recording typical interview question answers, as well as a few logic games I had to complete.
Through social hangout, behavioral and resume review, I needed social connections to get an interview. The people were very nice. They asked very general behavioral questions and about past projects. There were two rounds of interview.
