Nice people, but they don't use technology effectively and rarely think of new or better ways of doing a task. My boss did give me a chance to meet with other departments so that I could have a better understanding of the business.
You can see why they went under; totally inefficient and money spent on lots of unnecessary projects. People were impressed with me using PowerPoint (really?). It was partially due to an older workforce, but that's still not acceptable. Some people were still using projection slides for presentations.
Spend money like it's your own.
Went through 5 rounds of interviews just to be notified that they were cancelling the position. They said I would need to go through the full interview process again for another role.
Recorded interview with follow-ups. The recorded interview was fairly straightforward, with a section for recording typical interview question answers, as well as a few logic games I had to complete.
Through social hangout, behavioral and resume review, I needed social connections to get an interview. The people were very nice. They asked very general behavioral questions and about past projects. There were two rounds of interview.
