Poor communication with employees, as exemplified by texts and emails used in the latest round of layoffs.
Do what you say. At least pretend to follow your own advice.

Went through 5 rounds of interviews just to be notified that they were cancelling the position. They said I would need to go through the full interview process again for another role.
