Performance Engineer
I personally thought it was easy. They send an email with a coding assessment, and then a recruiter calls you. After that, it's the final round. Make sure on the final round you bring up the GM values.
Software Design Engineer
Behavioral interview, no technical questions. The process took long because of HR. Apparently at GM, any job posting needs to go through the internal job posting site before the external site can use the posting.
Validation Engineer
Very friendly talk atmosphere. Most questions are behavioral. For example, how to deal with time collisions or how to resolve a problem when your coworker has a different opinion. Then the team lead gives some specific questions to answer.
