Pros

Great pay and health benefits.

Set schedule, making scheduling personal things easier.

Cons

12-hour shifts.

Strict attendance policy and little PTO.

Lots of volunteer time off, but not paid for.

Advice to Management

It would benefit morale if upper management would focus on the concerns brought up by employees.

We point out production/quality issues, and it seems like engineers change processes to make the issue look good, not actually fix it.
