General Motors Interview Experiences
Co-op Engineering
Questions were mostly behavioral. The interview was fairly easy. No technical questions were asked for me. The interviewers were super friendly. The interview was held over Zoom and wasn’t very long. It was probably just under an hour in length.
Autonomous Engineer
One phone interview and one onsite interview. The onsite interview is random, as far as I can say. They did not ask me any technical questions. They just want to see if you have the perspective to work on that job, so I guess vague and general respon
Manufacturing Engineering Lead
Straightforward. Met directly with the associates for the position. Down-to-earth team members. Nice, engaged group of people who enjoy what they are doing. Done on a Teams meeting, virtual.
