GM makes great quality products. They have a great work environment with good employee benefits. The plant was located in a nice area with a good school system.
The local area was growing very fast, and the infrastructure is not keeping up. Tracking from the plant to the interstate was sometimes crowded.
GM was a great place to learn and hone my manufacturing skills.

Overall, easy questions. They asked questions from my experience and resume. I applied online, and the recruiter called me the same day. First, I had an interview with the hiring manager, which was pretty cool. The technical interview also went well

Was only given a behavioral interview that consisted of 2 behavioral questions and 2 technical questions. It follows the STAR concept very thoroughly. If you don't answer one part of the STAR method, they will ask you about it in more detail.
