Pros

At first, I was proud to work in Shanghai GM, as GM was the leader in the automotive industry. I had learned more knowledge from working with my supervisor and my workmates. The key point is that all employees worked in a safe status, both in concept and in the plant.

Cons

As a quality engineer, I think there was a large conflict in front of us when we solved the problems. The difference between VQ and GCA standards always made us focus our energy on solving some GCA priority problems. In fact, those problems were just not fit for CVIS but couldn't lead the customer's conflict due to the J.D.P. report.

Advice to Management

Do those things which would make our product better but not complicate them.
