Pros

Good salary before recent cuts, good advancement, and experience recognized later as valuable (large multinational company). Hours were reasonable, and there was a good work/life balance.

Cons

Recent changes have lowered a lot of the former advantages.

Very poor morale among older employees; new employees are also working on contracts for years with no benefits.

Little opportunity for advancement in recent times.

Advice to Management

Company needs to reduce reliance on interns and contract employees to foster loyalty; it runs both ways.

Middle management (i.e., Level 8) is currently bloated with poor managers who have not been proportionally cut as severely.
