Well-established development process, good benefits, flexible hours.
Middle layer management knows nothing about technical work and they are not qualified for those positions. For example, an algo engineering manager may have never opened Matlab in his whole career. A software manager may have never written one line of code.
Good technical people who are truly contributing to the company's success are leaving. Middle-layer management who only does the talking are staying.
Culture change!
Heard back about a month after applying. Scheduled interview for next week, and they rescheduled on me. Single-round interview with engineers from the department I am working at, with behavioral and resume technical questions.
My experience was excellent from start to finish. The entire process went very smoothly and was handled with great professionalism. Both the HR team and the managers were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and supportive throughout. Everything was well
The interview process consisted of three rounds: * An initial discussion with HR * A behavioral interview * A final coding round During the coding round, the interviewer was very insistent on using Python and initially unwilling to accept solutions
