Casual work environment with challenging issues.
Lots of tiers of management and oversight. Lateral movement of upper management leaves little room for advancement and a watered-down base of expertise.
Management should have a focus on creating BOTH well-rounded vehicle-level engineers as well as focused commodity experts. There seems to be little career direction one way or another.
